So today is the day that I start seriously looking for a new job. There’s no new freelance work on the horizon so I’m focusing all me efforts on getting a permanent placement at an agency. I just hope that all the work I’ve put in over the last year and a half is finally going to pay off.

Hey guys. I’ve had a little more time to work on the site so I’ve been sprucing up the blog quite a bit. I hope you like the changes I’ve made. It’s still not 100% there yet, and there’s still work to do on the main section of the site, but I’m nearly there now.

I have to apologise as I’ve really not been keeping upto date with this blog, but from today, that’s gonna change…

Hi there folks, and welcome to the CodeMonkey Web Design blog. I hope to keep you updated on new developments within my business and also throw in a few things I’ve found on my travels around the internets, just for fun.

Right now I’m balls deep in designing my website (this blog included!) so I don’t have much time for posting, but I will share something I came across yesterday while I was looking for Photoshop CS5 tutorials. It’s called “You suck at Photoshop“; a web series that came out in 2008 about a jaded Photoshop designer whose life is crumbling around him. It’s kinda hard to explain but it’s funny as hell, so just check out the first video and if you like it, leave a comment to let me know!
